Graduated from Rutgers College, Rutgers University with a Bachelor of Science in the Administration of Justice, Minor in Sociology and a Criminology Certificate, Percy D. Gayanilo obtained his Juris Doctor degree from New York Law School. Percy D. Gayanilo served as a Student Law Clerk for Judge James A. Yates in the New York County Supreme Court, Criminal Term and as an intern for the Kings County District Attorney's Office, Felony Trial Bureau.

With many years of experience he has represented thousands of individuals singled out during criminal investigations and charged with all levels of crimes. He has appeared in municipal courts, criminal courts, Supreme Courts and federal courts to fight for his clients. He has successfully tried many of his cases to verdicts on all kinds of criminal charges, from complicated attempted murders and to domestic violence, DWI, assault, weapons charges, theft crimes, and drug cases. He has and can handle any kind of criminal case. Mr. Gayanilo has prepared hundreds of witnesses for testimony and interviews before countless grand juries, prosecutors, and investigative agencies. He is dedicated to providing his clients with unfailing service from the moment an incident arises, through the conclusion of the case, no matter how long it takes.
